Question 1

How do I request machinery?

Accepted Answer

Open the machinery catalog, choose "Add to Equipment Request" on each machine you need, then open your Equipment Request and submit the short form. You receive a request number straight away, and our team contacts you about availability and next steps.

Question 2

Can I request several machines at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add as many machines as your project needs, set the quantity of each, and submit them together as one consolidated request.

Question 3

Do I pay online?

Accepted Answer

No. Requests made on this website are inquiries, not orders. Our team confirms availability and sends a quotation before anything is agreed.

Question 4

What happens after I submit a request?

Accepted Answer

Your request is recorded with a reference number. Our team reviews it, confirms availability, and contacts you with a quotation and the next steps.

Question 5

Do you provide operators?

Accepted Answer

Machinery can be rented with skilled operators. Each machine's page shows whether an operator is included, optional or not available, and you can tell us your preference in the request form.

Question 6

What rental durations are available?

Accepted Answer

We offer short-term, long-term and project-based rental. The options for each machine are listed on its page and confirmed in your quotation.

Question 7

Why are some prices not shown?

Accepted Answer

Wholesale prices depend on quantity and delivery. Where a price is not shown, add the product to your Supply Request and we will send a quotation.

Question 8

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Where a minimum order quantity applies, it is shown on the product. For anything else, tell us the quantity you need and we will confirm.

Question 9

What supply chain services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Procurement, warehousing, distribution, bulk orders, institutional supply, delivery coordination and supplier management.
